Welcome to TacticalConsulting.io  These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. b. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.3. User Accounts

a. Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features of our services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly if there are any changes.

b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Tactical Consulting or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. License to User Content: By submitting, posting, or displaying any content on or through our services, you grant Tactical Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.5. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tactical Consulting and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with our services and your use thereof. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content available on our services or the content of any third-party websites linked to our services.

b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Tactical Consulting or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.7. Changes to Terms

Tactical Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective

immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.8. Contact UsIf you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact us.If You Purchase Our Flagship Program, The AIGI Program 2.0- You Are Acceptable To These Terms As If You Were Signing A Digital Contract:Partner Requirements: The Partner agrees to the following terms for delivery and review of materials.

The Partner will provide any required information as needed to maximize the effectiveness of receiving the Services.The Partner will complete the training material in full.The Partner will perform any "Action Items" assigned by TacticalConsulting.io's team.The Partner will manage the new systems and team to achieve the best results.If the Partner fails to contact The Company for a period of 30 days, The Company will assume that the Partner no longer requires its services, and The Company may terminate the Agreement. In such an event, all unpaid fees will be due and collectible at the time of termination.Services:

The consulting services provided to the Partner may include any of the following:Addressing personal struggles, business issues, or general conditions in the Partner's personal or professional life.Value clarification.Identifying plans of action.Examining modes of operation in the Partner's life.Asking clarifying questions.Making empowering requests or suggestions for action to the Partner.These services, collectively referred to as the "Services," aim to support the Partner in various aspects. It is important to note that successful consulting services will require a collaborative approach between the consultant and the Partner. The Partner acknowledges and agrees that they have a responsibility to implement or bring about any changes or recommendations identified through the Services.Fees and Expenses:

The Partner will have the opportunity to sign up for our monthly subscription as of the expiry of the 6 month program. This subscription covers certain services and resources provided by the Company to allow us to give continued support but is in no way necessary for the Partner to pay if they do not feel they are in need of the continued support.Additional expenses: The Partner acknowledges that there may be additional costs associated with implementing and operating the systems being built, including but not limited to labor, products, software, and third-party tools. The specific expenses can vary depending on the outreach method, system setup, and other factors.Confidentiality:

The Company agrees that all information received from the Partner in the course of providing the Services will remain confidential. The Company will not disclose this information to any third party, except when compelled by law or when the Company deems it necessary to prevent harm to the Partner or others.No Resale: 

The Service is provided for your use only (unless otherwise specifically stated), and you agree not to, whether for a fee or without charge, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, transfer, trade, resell, re-provision, redistribute, or rent the Service, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. This includes reselling capabilities enabled or used by a specific application & the attempt to compete in selling the same or similar services to agency owners, coaches, or consultants. Failure to comply with this clause, including any arrangements put in place under it, will result in the removal of access to all materials, support, and channels without prior notice.In the event of termination of this Agreement in accordance with any of the provisions above, no portion of any payments previously made to the Company under this Agreement shall be owed, repayable, or refundable to the Partner.Release of Liability:
The Partner releases the Company from any liability for injury or loss resulting directly or indirectly from the Services provided. The Partner acknowledges that they are participating in the Services at their own risk. Furthermore, the Partner agrees that they bear complete responsibility for the consequences of any action or failure to act, whether or not suggested by the Company in the course of providing the Services.Program Access:

As you have expressed interest in being accepted as part of the TacticalConsulting.io Enrolment Program, the Partner acknowledges the following:

By signing below, you consciously agree that upon purchasing TacticalConsulting.io courses/programs/training/services, you are agreeing to abide by this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a one license user only. This agreement is valid for the lifetime of the AIGI Program, which has a duration of Six months.

Earnings and Legal Disclosures & Disclaimers:

It is important to note that Wyatt's results are not typical, and he is a professional. His experiences are not a guarantee that you will make money. Your earnings may vary, and you could potentially make more, less, the same, or none at all. It is common for many people who purchase products or programs to not generate any income, similar to signing up for a gym membership but not actually working out. Achieving success in this program requires hard work, energy, focus, investment, and stepping out of your comfort zone. It is also important to acknowledge that some users may not make any money at all with this program. Individual results will greatly vary based on your own efforts, determination, consistent implementation, hard work, and ability to follow directions while working closely alongside us until you achieve results, this is not a get rich quick scheme.

Wyatt & the TacticalConsulting.io team have no rule over the software’s and AI products they support. These platforms are not ours and can have outages, updates, “bugs”, etc. By signing this agreement you understand TacticalConsulting.io is not responsible for any issues that may arise with our supported software & AI platforms alongside platforms we may encourage but not fully support.

Advertising platforms can be unpredictable at times. Many companies like Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram ads), may limit the amount of money you are allowed to spend on advertising, disable accounts, or limit the performance of your advertising efforts. The TacticalConsulting.io team is not responsible for any issues that may arise with advertising platforms used by the partner.

Partner Responsibilities:

If you encounter any issues, please contact Support at team@tacticalconsulting.io to have your concerns addressed and resolved. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Enrolment Agreement. Your digital signature holds the same legal validity as a handwritten signature, in accordance with The Federal E-Sign Act.In the event that any of the required payments are not processed due to issues with the payment method, we reserve the right to suspend access to the training area until the outstanding payments or balance has been settled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Because you have expressed interest in being accepted as part of the AIGI Program, Partner(s) acknowledges the following:The Partner acknowledges that once this contract is signed and executed, it becomes binding and cannot be canceled. The Partner is responsible for fulfilling the terms of the agreement and making the required payments as outlined in the contract.The Company operates a strict no refund policy outside of its service guarantee. Once payment has been made for services under this Agreement, no refunds will be issued. The Partner acknowledges and agrees that all payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable.

Payment Terms:

To the best of your knowledge and in good faith, there are no foreseeable circumstances that would inhibit you from participating in this program. Once payment is completed, the program will start on flexible terms. It is required that all fees are paid in full. Failure to complete the payment may result in the Company's right to pass the outstanding amount to a third-party debt collection agency.

Additional fees may be added if payments are not completed.

If a dispute is initiated by The Partner, TacticalConsulting.io reserves the right to suspend the Partner’s access to all of our services until the dispute is resolved. During this period, TacticalConsulting.io will engage with The Partner to address and resolve the dispute in a timely manner.

Once the dispute is satisfactorily resolved and any outstanding payments are settled, The Partners access to the services will be reinstated.

Financial Obligation:

You acknowledge and understand the financial commitment you are making today by entering into this Enrolment Agreement. Your financial obligations will not prevent or inhibit your participation in the Enrolment. Please note that there is a strict no refund & no dispute or chargeback policy outside of the stated guarantee. By agreeing to this document, you are bound to the terms of the agreement, unless otherwise determined by the TacticalConsulting.io team.

Partner Free Will:

Prior to the date of this agreement, you have had satisfactory conversations with representatives of TacticalConsulting.io and affirm that you are entering into this Enrolment voluntarily, without any form of duress from any representative at TacticalConsulting.io. You confirm that you are entering into this Enrolment of your own free will and choice, and that you have had sufficient opportunity to seek advice from an attorney or other specialist before entering into this Enrolment. You acknowledge that this is a no-pressure sale and you feel comfortable proceeding with it.Service Guarantee:

We are committed to helping our Partners achieve a significant return on their investment (ROI) through our program. If, after the Six-month term of this program, the Partner has not generated enough deals totaling a value which is equal or greater to the agreed-upon fee for Engagement of this agreement, we offer the following Return On Investment Guarantee:

1. Additional 2 Months of Service at No Cost:

The Partners will receive an additional 2 months of service, completely free of charge.

During this period, our team will work closely with the Partners to provide dedicated support and guidance to help them achieve their ROI goals.2. 60% Refund on Total Amount Paid:

If, even after the additional 2 months of service, the Partners still does not see the desired ROI, we offer an 60% refund on the total amount paid for our service.

The refund process will be initiated promptly upon the Partners request and in compliance with the stated timeline and requirements.

Terms of Guarantee:

To be eligible for the guarantee and refund option, the Partner must fulfill the following criteria:1. Active Engagement and Implementation:

Attend a minimum of 80% of the live group calls every week for the first 60 days and then 50% thereafter, as we will be taking attendance.

Go through 100% of the content in the program on our platform.2. Target Audience and Offer Development:

Follow our recommendations regarding the target audience to ensure effective outreach and engagement.

Implement our recommendations for offer development, including pricing and guarantees, to optimize conversion rates.3. Minimum Daily Volume of Attention:

Reach a minimum daily volume of 300+ relevant individuals during the acquisition phase via ad reach, social media views, etc.4. Platform and Outreach Strategies:

Leverage the best-performing platform for their offer/niche as advised by our team.

Implement the recommended outreach and attention mechanisms to maximize visibility and engagement.

Implement the right response angle based on our guidance to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.5. Attention Ownership:

Own attention in their marketing efforts based on the level of competition in their niche.6. Education Systems and Distribution Channels:

Create education systems (Long Form Content) and distribute them through the appropriate channels as suggested by our team.7. Conversion Mechanisms and Sales Calls:

Create and implement conversion mechanisms to drive sales and optimize conversion rates.

Hire a setter who follows the process of reaching out to leads within the first 10 minutes, in accordance with TacticalConsulting.io and industry best practices.

Follow the provided Sales Calls scripts and sales systems.

If the closing rate falls below 20%, the Partner must attend 100% of the sales calls.Request Sales Calls reviews after five calls with no close.

Apply the feedback given by our team and follow the process laid out.8. Follow our accountability framework:

For the first 60 days of the program after the onboarding call send inside of your  private channel with our team the 3 biggest things you did to move the needle for your business at the end of every day

Fill out our end of week form so we can keep track of where you are at and what you need our help with

In case the Partner takes more than 48 hours to respond on matters crucial for the growth of their business, it may significantly impact the performance of the strategies and solutions we build for them. Therefore, if such delays occur, the guarantee outlined above may not apply, as the timely collaboration and input from the Partner are vital for achieving the desired results.

Program Updates:

Please be aware that some of the products offered may be updated periodically to align with market conditions. Event names may also be subject to change based on market demands. Additionally, content within the program may be modified or replaced, with or without prior notice. For instance, platforms like Facebook.com or Meta.com, which are utilized by TacticalConsulting.io, frequently update their algorithms and features. As a result, teaching modules may be adjusted accordingly.

Timings for program activities may also change, but recorded materials will be provided at no additional cost, ensuring ongoing access for Partners. Furthermore, bonuses associated with the program may be subject to change, with or without notice, in order to meet market needs, demands, and regulatory requirements.

Considering the dynamic nature of the digital marketing industry, we reserve the right to modify any services or products mentioned in this legally binding contract, including updates, delivery methods, bonuses, or any other aspect, with or without prior notice. These modifications are made to better serve the marketplace and our Partners. Please note that all products and services are continuously evolving due to the nature of our industry. We may add, remove, or rework the items deliverables in this contract to further progress the program at any time during your term.

Publicity and Promotional Rights:

Partner grants Company the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute Partner’s name, likeness, and any digital assets or materials available or provided by Partner to Company, for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the Services, including but not limited to use on the Company's website, social media platforms, and in other marketing materials. Partner understands and agrees that no compensation will be paid with respect to the use of Partner’s name, likeness, or materials.

Recording Policy:

Any recordings, including but not limited to audio or video recordings, created during the provision of our services are considered private property of TacticalConsulting.io. These recordings are solely for internal use and may not be shared with the Partner.

The Partner acknowledges and agrees that any 1:1 calls or interactions with our team may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and internal review purposes. These recordings will not be made available to the Partner upon request.

By participating in our services, the Partner provides consent for TacticalConsulting.io to record and retain these recordings for internal use only, without any obligation to provide copies to the Partner.

Prospecting Policy:

TacticalConsulting.io is committed to maintaining a focused and enriching environment within our community. To ensure this, we have established the following policy concerning prospecting activities within our platforms:

Definition of Prospecting:

Prospecting refers to any form of direct or indirect solicitation, promotion, or outreach intended to acquire clients, customers, or business opportunities, conducted within the context of TacticalConsulting.io's platforms.

Prohibition of Prospecting:

Prospecting activities such as unsolicited messages aimed at obtaining business relationships, clients, or customers, are strictly prohibited within our platforms.

Rationale for the Policy:

This policy has been instituted to maintain an environment of shared knowledge, collaboration, and respectful engagement among community members. By disallowing prospecting activities, we ensure that interactions remain focused on mutual growth and support, rather than self-promotion.

Consequences of Violation:

Partners found engaging in prospecting activities will be subject to appropriate action, which may result in the removal of access to all materials, support, and channels without prior notice & without refund.

Reporting Violations:

We encourage all community members to promptly report any instances of prospecting encountered within TacticalConsulting.io's platforms. Reports can be submitted to our team for timely response and resolution.

By participating in our community, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Prospecting Policy, contributing to the creation of a collaborative and value-driven space for all members.

Due to this page existing, you will be held to these terms if you have bought/joined the AIGI Program regardless of whether we have an active contract or not. You will not be refunded outside of our stated guarantee.  A dispute outside of our guarantee will result in legal action against the party submitting the dispute to their bank or financial institution. The bank or financial institution will also face legal action if they allow the dispute to be won by their client under our terms as stated here.

Conversion Mechanisms and Sales Calls:-Create and implement conversion mechanisms to drive sales and optimize conversion rates.

For instance, platforms like Facebook.com or Meta.com, which are utilized by TacticalConsulting.io, frequently update their algorithms and features. As a result, teaching modules may be adjusted accordingly. Timings for program activities may also change, but recorded materials will be provided at no additional cost, ensuring ongoing access for Partners. Furthermore, bonuses associated with the program may be subject to change, with or without notice, in order to meet market needs, demands, and regulatory requirements.

Considering the dynamic nature of the digital marketing industry, we reserve the right to modify any services or products mentioned in this legally binding contract, including updates, delivery methods, bonuses, or any other aspect, with or without prior notice. These modifications are made to better serve the marketplace and our Partners. Please note that all products and services are continuously evolving due to the nature of our industry. We may add, remove, or rework the items deliverables in this contract to further progress the program at any time during your term.

Publicity and Promotional Rights:

Partner grants Company the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute Partner’s name, likeness, and any digital assets or materials available or provided by Partner to Company, for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the Services, including but not limited to use on the Company's website, social media platforms, and in other marketing materials. Partner understands and agrees that no compensation will be paid with respect to the use of Partner’s name, likeness, or materials.-Recording Policy:-Any recordings, including but not limited to audio or video recordings, created during the provision of our services are considered private property of TacticalConsulting.io. These recordings are solely for internal use and may not be shared with the Partner.

The Partner acknowledges and agrees that any 1:1 calls or interactions with our team may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and internal review purposes. These recordings will not be made available to the Partner upon request.

By participating in our services, the Partner provides consent for TacticalConsulting.io to record and retain these recordings for internal use only, without any obligation to provide copies to the Partner.-Prospecting Policy:-TacticalConsulting.io is committed to maintaining a focused and enriching environment within our community. Due to this page existing, you will be held to these terms if you have bought/joined the AIGI Program regardless of whether we have an active contract or not. You will not be refunded outside of our stated guarantee. 

A dispute outside of our guarantee will result in legal action against the party submitting the dispute to their bank or financial institution. The bank or financial institution will also face legal action if they allow the dispute to be won by their client under our terms as stated here.
